Sustainable Agriculture Initiative

About the Project

This initiative provides single mothers with plots of land, high-quality seeds, and training in modern, sustainable farming practices like drip irrigation and organic pest control.

The goal is to move from subsistence farming to a model where they can sell surplus produce at local markets, creating a stable income source and improving community food security.

Our Goals

  • Increase household income for 150+ families.
  • Improve food security and nutrition in the community.
  • Promote water-efficient and sustainable farming methods.

Key Outcomes

  • Over 120 women trained in advanced agricultural techniques.
  • Crop yields increased by an average of 40% for participating families.
  • Established a new weekly farmers' market stall for participants.
